Here are a few examples of projects that I have worked on in the past, either in collaboration with others or on my own.

This is an orchestration for a brilliant singer/songwriter called Steven Schofield. Check out his new release here. Steven’s music is really interesting and well thought through with clear messages. Show him some love!

Here is the track I worked on, titled “Polar Bear”

This is one of my original songs, dedicated to my grandparents. The lyrics are based on a poem I wrote as a teenager when we went back to Northumberland to spread their ashes and take them back to the home they loved.

As I am a cellist predominantly, I like to use my instrument in some of my arrangements. Above, there is a playlist of some of my multi-layered cello covers of popular songs. My favourite one is “Heavy in Your Arms” by Florence and the Machine.

One of my most recent arrangements, which I sell on SheetMusicPlus and SheetMusicDirect, is an orchestral cover of Fall Out Boy’s “My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (So Light ‘Em Up)”.

I really enjoyed experimenting with different instrumentation and techniques to keep all of the players happy! The audio below is using midi sounds from my notation software.
